Questions for Study:

  • Scripture variously illustrates the blessings that come to us from our legal & life union with Christ. Each metaphor or picture stresses some aspect of that beneficial union. What union aspects do the following set forth?
    • John 15:1-7;
    • Romans 5:18-19;
    • I Corinthians 12:12-13, 27;
    • I Corinthians 15:20-23;
    • II Corinthians 5:21;
    • Galatians 3:25-29;
    • Ephesians 5:22-32.
  • What qualities of God does His uniting believers to His Son shine forth?
  • While it’s the simplest thing, why is trusting God to honor His Word to save all who believe in Christ one of the hardest things for us?
