Dear Friends,
As we begin this year some of the same praises and needs continue for Care Net. We begin the biggest fundraiser of the year this month (the Baby Bottle Boomerang). Other praises and needs are newer and growing. More lives are at stake as we approach the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade.
1, Pray against “self-managed” abortions enabled by telehealth and remote “care”. Pray against “abortion tourism” to New York.
2.Pray for peer advocates to be able to train and participate here as our needs increase, either once every week or two, or on call.
3.Pray for clients to come into Care Net and find what they really need: a new way of life and making choices.
- Praise God for Melissa Kowaleski, who has joined Care Net as office administrator recently.
- Praise God for Dr. Angela Kristan, who is here on Wednesdays and Fridays. Praise God for Katherine Wheeler, who is helping individuals and families in her trauma-informed practice here every week.
- Thank God for the opportunity to go to Hannick Hall in Newark. Pray for us, to put on the whole armor of God.
